Guarantee Policy

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel by 12:00pm local hotel time at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a 1-night cancel penalty charge. Please note: some rates are non-cancelable and non-refundable.

An incidental authorization equal to 20% of the total bill will be placed on your card at check-in. This is not a charge and will be released upon checkout, provided no additional charges are incurred during your stay. 

100% smoke-free hotel, smoking is not permitted in any guest rooms or indoor areas. A $250 fee will be charged for any violations.

Free on-site parking is available for your vehicle until 6:00pm on the day of checkout.

Pets Allowed (Dogs & Cats Welcome)

We are a pet-friendly hotel and welcome both dogs and cats.

• A $75 pet fee (plus tax) applies for stays of 1–7 nights
• For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional $75 fee (plus tax) will be charged
• Pet fees are capped at $150 (plus tax) per month

Service Animals

Service animals that are trained to perform a specific physical task are welcome at no additional charge.

Emotional Support Animals

Emotional support animals are not recognized as service animals under Minnesota law and are subject to the standard pet fee.

We accept all major credit cards. Cash is not accepted.
